The White Horse is proud to present, as part of our American BEER Festival, Tim Anderson and Tom Whitaker, AKA PORK LIFE
MasterChef 2011 finalists Tim Anderson and Tom Whitaker love pork. Guts and all. So they’ve been on the road, spinning a very curly tale from every edible part of a rare-breed pig. They’re putting together a four-course feast to showcase the huge diversity of flavors that can come from this magical animal. So now is your chance to enjoy a feast from your favorite quadruped matched with American beers from our festival hand picked by Andreas Falt American Craft Beer Ambassador.
We are accepting bookings for parties of 2, 4, or 6.

Little Board:
Cornpuppies, yuzu-kosho mayo
Liver paté, bacon bread, onion jam
Pork fillet and pickled plum sushi
Tom's mum's toad in the hole
Baby hot dog sliders:
New Jersey Ripper (deep-fried hot dog with hot mustard relish)
Chilean Completo (avocado puree, green chilli, mayo, shoestring potatoes)
Danish Pølser (pickles, raw and crispy onions, remoulade)
Big board:
Memphis-style spare ribs
Cola-braised belly
Sides:
kimchikraut; Jersey Royals with lime, thyme and creme fraiche; cowboy beans; malt-and-hop bread with pork butter (lard + butter + bits of crackling)
Dessert:
Peanut butter custard donuts, strawberry and Sugar Puffs soft serve, chocolate covered bacon
