'The Mexican Suitcase' film screening

In 2007, 4,500 negatives of images taken from the Spanish Civil War were recovered in Mexico City. The Mexican Suitcase follows the journey of the negatives and their owners’ exiles to reveal the complexity of how a new generation in Spain is beginning to reconcile itself with its own history.
