Zoe's Ghana Kitchen

We are creating a taste of Africa in the form of a Ghanian Pop-Up restaurant. Mmmm Tasty - bringing you the tastiest taste in town. It's the last Ghana Kitchen of the summer on Saturday 25th and Sunday 26th August

We will be serving traditional Ghanaian food including Zoe's famous Peanut Butter Stew, Red Red, Kenkey and some delicious Ghana inspired desserts.

We have two seatings - 1pm-4pm and 7-11pm each day.

After last years runaway success, the Hackney Wick African Food Review said "Huge Success" and one satisfied customer who thought the food was tasty said "I never tasted anything so tasty".

This is a Bring Your Own Booze event, though as usual we will be serving Wine and Beer and also, some Ghanian Alomo Bitters (Ghanian Whiskey - not for the weak hearted)

Set Menu 1 - Veggie (3 courses £20)

Starter: Red Red (slow cooked black eye beans in palm oil and a spicy tomato sauce)
Main: Peanut Butter Stew or Jalloff Rice
Dessert: Ghanian coffee with Alomo Bitters or Mango Panna cotta

Set Menu 2 - Meat lovers (3 courses £20)

Starter: Kenkey and Sardines (corn dough dumpling served in corn husk with spiced sardines)
Main: Peanut Butter Stew with lamb or Jallof Rice
Dessert: Ghanian coffee with Alomo Bitters or Mango Panna Cotta for dessert

Each menu includes either a glass of wine or beer
