VSGala2012 in aid of Victim Support

VSGala2012 is in aid of Victim Support.
Victim Support is an Anti-crime charity that supports 1.25 million victims and witnesses nationwide.

VSGala2012 on Thursday 22nd November will be a magical night of classical music celebrating the works of Tchaikovsky, featuring excerpts such as The Nutcracker, Sleeping Beauty and Swan Lake.

Victim Support is pleased to have the support of Sue Perkins, Comedian & Presenter of The Great British Bake Off.
Sue will conduct the first half of the concert followed by the renowned conductor and founder of the Orion Orchestra.
The line up will also include Christopher Ventris, Pauls Putnins, Wendy Dawn Thompson and Emma Gardner.

The impetus behind VS Gala 2012 is to significantly raise awareness of the charity’s funding needs in these challenging economic times. Many of us have had direct experience of crime, and its potentially devastating consequences, physically, financially and emotionally. The Gala aims to highlight the importance of the practical assistance and emotional support that Victim Support provides to the vulnerable across the country, from finding councillors, to accompanying victims and witnesses to court, for example.

All the money raised from tickets sales go a long way to supporting our charity and funding this this vital service.
