Orlando Jopling's Cello Pilgrimage

In aid of St. Bride's INSPIRE! Appeal, which aims to raise at least £1.5 million for essential repairs to the spire by December 2012 to prevent the closure of Sir Christopher Wren's masterpiece, celebrated cellist and conductor Orlando Jopling will be hosting an evening of musical entertainment at the church.

'Orlando Jopling's Cello Pilgrimage': as part of a series of recitals to help repair and restore historical church buildings, Orlando Jopling will be performing to raise money for the St. Bride's campaign and celebrate his own individual fundraising efforts that now total over £50,000.

Donations raised through INSPIRE! Appeal will help ensure the future of this remarkable Grade I listed building, which is visited seven days a week by an active congregation of residents, local business people and visitors from around the world.
