Tom Gamble + Aleksandar Maundrell ( Jazz and Swing)

This newly formed duo perform a nostalgic set of standards from the 30's/40's with a modern, virtuosic take.

Tom Gamble is a young guitarist who is taking the scene by storm. He is currently working a hefty performance schedule that has seen him at Ronnie Scotts Jazz Club, The SouthBank Centre, The London Acoustic Guitar Show as well as abroad in New York City and Toronto. Biggest influences for Tom include Joe Pass, Django Reinhardt, Antonio Forcione and Martin Taylor MBE who he had the honour of opening a show for in June. He also for several years was a regular performer at Tommy Emmanuel's annual guitar festival and has released a CD through Guitar CD's Ltd.

Aleksandar Maundrell started the piano at the age of 5 and very quickly developed a big interest in music and entered the Geneva Conservatoire. After wining different prizes and playing in various concerts as a soloist and with a Trio, Aleksandar moved to London and is now currently studying in Trinity College of Music.
