Marking the Year of the Dragon painter Talia LeHavi and the artists working at her Belsize Park studio are holding an exhibition of their latest work - Japanese ink, painting, calligraphy and ceramic works. The exhibition includes examples of the four most important subjects in traditional Japanese culture known as the four gentlemen or noble ones: chrysanthemum, plum blossom, wild orchid and bamboo which depict the four seasons. Talia LeHavi’s work revolves around the nature of grace. Having mastered the arts of brush painting and water colours, Talia draws upon her extensive studies to create uniquely textured paintings and layered motifs.
