From November 5th - 11th it's British Sausage Week, and Blueprint Café have put together a daily-changing menu of sausage-based dishes from head chef Mark Jarvis:
Monday 5: Salad of Cumberland sausage stuffed chicken leg, croutons, leaves, garlic dressing
Tuesday 6: Sausage rolls, homemade piccalilli
Wednesday 7: Traditional faggots, onion gravy
Thursday 8: Grey mullet, spiced sausage paella
Friday 9: London sausage, mustard mash, onion gravy
Saturday 10: London sausage, mustard mash, onion gravy
Sunday 11: Sausage stuffed Herons farm pork loin, glazed apricot
