Thanksgiving at Babylon

London’s award-winning Babylon restaurant at The Roof Gardens in Kensington will be hosting an American themed day of celebrations to celebrate the Thanksgiving holiday on Thursday 22nd November.

Guests can choose to book for either lunch or dinner and select from either the usual restaurant menu or specially created American themed dishes. Our resident jazz band will be playing a medley of American tunes for those dining in the evening.

Thanksgiving themed cocktails will be available to enjoy on arrival including ‘Pumpkin Pie’, a warm punch made with pumpkin puree, spiced rum, cinnamon and winter spiced syrup. Guests will also be able to enjoy the ‘Peanut Butter Cup’, an intoxicating imitation of the American confectionary featuring Jamaican rum shaken with bitter dark chocolate liqueur.

A number of Thanksgiving dishes will be available on the day. Guests can start their meal with a traditional Clam Chowder served with crushed water biscuits and for those diners with a sweet tooth a traditional Pumpkin Pie served with cinnamon ice- cream will be available.

For those preferring a more private affair, Babylon’s Private Dining Room offers the ideal solution. Available for parties up to 12; the Private Dining Room has its own west facing private terrace as well as its own iPod docking system, perfect for a bespoke American playlist.

Furthermore guests who book their table by 15th November will receive a complimentary American themed cocktail on arrival.
