An Evening with Nick Lander at Quo Vadis

Join Nick Lander for dinner and drinks at Quo Vadis, London to celebrate the launch of The Art of the Restaurateur. The evening wil begin at 6.30pm with a glass of champagne on arrival. Dinner will commence at 7pm, starting with a selection of bites and starters to share. This will be followed by leg of lamb, squash, beetroot, onions, mint, bacon and breadcrumbs. Dessert will be lemon posset and season fruits. After dinner head upstairs with Nick to the Quo Vaid private members club.
