evolve through film in collaboration with Conscious Media bring you an afternoon of dialogue. The intention of this event is to bring together a community where like-minded people can engage in discussions around conscious film on a regular basis. The discussion will be based around what came up for us and how we can integrate the wisdom into our lives. You may have seen this film already, however this is more about the enriching experience of coming together with like-minded people and deepening the experience by sharing in a group.

May I Be Frank features Frank Ferrante 54, who weighs 290lbs., had a lifetime of drug & alcohol abuse and as a result contracted Hepatitis-C. He’s on multiple medications including undergoing chemo and drinks 10 espressos a day to stay awake. One day Frank stumbles into a Raw food café in San Francisco, and is asked, what is one thing you’d like to do before you die? Frank answers ‘I want to fall in love one more time, but with a body like this, no one will love me, because i don’t love myself.’ Watch as friends help Frank take on his weight, health, relationships and loving himself in just 42 days.

Simon Sutton is passionate about sharing his experiences and wisdom with his audience. He has an attitude that is catching, upbeat, inspiring and inquisitive. Simon instinctively uses his empathy to connect with people around him. He offers an ear to those that need to be heard and a warm heart to those that need to feel loved. Entrepreneur, lover of nature and adventurer, Adrian Kowal is passionate about supporting the evolution of all beings through the centre he has co-created – evolve. He enjoys leading and participating in a number of Men’s Self-Enquiry workshops as well as running a marketing and consulting business for holistic entrepreneurs.
