Celebrate the end of 2012 in style with a decadent evening of dining and entertainment in the heart of the West End. Enjoy a specially created three course meal devised by Executive Chef Richard Sawyer, to make your last supper of 2012 one to remember.

Dishes from the New Year Menu include starters of Warm Dill Cured Scottish Salmon Salad with Banara Shallot & Watercress Dressing and Foie Gras Terrine with Elderberry Jelly & Potted Quail.

Mains include Grilled New York Strip Loin, Seared Wild Mushrooms, Fondant Potato, Crisp Buttermilk Onions & Thyme Roasting Juices and Pancetta-wrapped Monkfish Medallions with Saffron Mussels & Coriander.

Decadent desserts include a Chilled Caramel Soufflé, with Confit Clementines & Candy Floss or Peruvian Chocolate Ganache with Butterscotch Sauce.

Diners can enjoy the smooth and slick sounds of The Midnight Stompers from 8pm-10pm, who will play a sweet vintage style ‘dinner set’, followed by a lively stomping rhythm section for the dance floor.

From 10.30pm-12.30am, Swing Zazou shall take to the stage, a vintage 30’s and 40’s big band. Guests can expect soaring hot-swinging licks and driving swing-scat vocals, perfect to get everyone in the fun, celebratory spirit. The party will continue until 3am with a set by DJ Ady J, who shall be spinning the tunes to keep guests dancing on their feet all night long!

Floridita will host three dining sittings; an early sitting at £60 per person (6.00pm-8.00pm) which will guarantee guests access to the lively bar after dinner, a late sitting at £125 per person (8.00pm onwards), which includes one of Floridita’s signature cocktails on arrival and a VIP menu at £150 per person, which includes a booth table situated in front of the stage and a free signature cocktail on arrival.

The glittering evening is guaranteed to bring in the New 2013 Year with a bang, showcasing the glamour of the Floridita venue at 100 Wardour Street, which is built on the historic site of the legendary Marquee Club in Soho, known as one of the most important venues for UK music and performance for over four decades.
