For New Year’s Eve, Executive Chef Aberto Hernandez who trained under Ferran Adria of Michelin three star restaurant elBulli has created an exclusive menu That captures the sentiment of the festivity with dishes such as Rare Spanish Riofrio caviar, Roasted Jerusalem artichoke, crisp mille-feuille with lemon-butter sabayon and Roasted loin of venison with celeriac purée, chestnut pudding and raspberry pistachio jelly.
