The Cube by Electrolux has released tickets for a once in a lifetime experience on New Year’s Eve with Double Michelin Star chef Simon Rogan

One of the most talked about experiences of the year, The Cube by Electrolux, has released tickets for its New Year’s Eve finale, allowing guests to enjoy the best view in the city as the clock strikes twelve.

Cumbria’s double Michelin star chef Simon Rogan will be the final chef to entertain guests at the venue, which has offered unrivalled views of the Capital and incredible food to match from its position on top of the Royal Festival Hall since June.

The spectacular event will see just 20 guests enjoy a seven course taster menu prepared in front of them by the award winning chef with superbly matched wines in the stunning setting. Tickets are priced at £495 per head – call 0207 288 6450 to book now.

Upon arrival, guests will be welcomed by Chef Simon Rogan and his team with a champagne reception and canapés on the impressive terrace which overlooks Westminster and the London Eye. Once brought inside, guests will be seated around the long table which allows them full view of the open plan kitchen, where they are welcome to chat to the chef and take home hints and tips for re-creating their own dishes at home. Having enjoyed an impressive seven courses, each introduced by Simon Rogan, accompanied by matched wines, guests will be able to enjoy the countdown to midnight from inside the glass structure before moving on the terrace for the legendary New Year’s Eve fireworks display over the Thames, all whilst enjoying a champagne cocktail.

For those not lucky enough to get a seat for New Year’s Eve could still experience The Cube by Electrolux before it leaves London, with a limited number of tickets between 27th and 30th December still available.
