Silent Meditation

Every Tuesday 7 - 8.30 pm at Newington Green Unitarian Church. This group provides a supportive space for you to pursue and deepen your own silent meditation practice in a completely inclusive, non-dogmatic environment. Practical information and advice is available.

£2 entry. Please enter the church via the side entrance.

In addition to the regular Tuesday evening group, well-known, experienced meditation teachers are from time to time invited to the church to give workshops and lectures.
