The London Borough Food Market has been voted a top London tourist attraction in a London survey, and remains hugely popular with visitors and locals alike. It is London’s oldest food market, and has been selling food to the people of Southwark for over 1,000 years!
There is a limited market open on Mondays and Tuesdays, but a full range of stalls and traders every Wednesday - Saturday, attracting hordes of people all vying to sample some of the best gastronomic delights that London has to offer.
