These guys need to seriously work on punctuality and customer service, extremely rude to my sister who needed a cab home then rude to me and told me they didn't need my custom when I tried to book a cab to get her home safe, really low quality service they need to work on badly

Have used this company for ages for work travel and the odd lift home from the station late at night. Prompt, polite and reasonably priced.

Now the only independent local cab company and re the bad review do wonder whether you got the people who purport to be blackheath cars but are actually a mini cab co called OTH who have absolutely no local knowledge and are routing you through some general dispatch who knows where. Weren't my favourite of the independents previously but I would use them every time over the operators covering huge swathes of London with disposable drivers in disposable cars which all the rest are now.

Very polite plus a good rate for the journey. Will certainly use them again.
