the staff who are on the shop floor and very polite and helpful. But each time i have found the till staff rather blunt. non smiling and as an older person not a nice experience.

Dealt with a lovely chap called Allan who was incredibly helpful about advising about filling holes in brickwork on a roof terrace. Advised about materials and then helped us when we returned due to our own "operator error" about using a filler gun and solved the problem. Outstanding service and with very good humour....many thanks Allan.

Over all i was very unimpressed the store was understaffed for the amount of customers. Most the staff were all busy with customers but i managed to find one lounging around on the floor, she seemed half asleep and was very unhelpful she did not know where anything in the store was and just yelled at her colleagues from across the store asking where items were i felt she had wasted my time and made me not want to go back there again but After speaking to another customer outside i have been advised to only ask for advice from staff in blue shirts.

Great staff, frendly attitudes. Yes the paint matching machine is not that accurate, but not the staffs fault.
Can't believe how much stuff they mannaged to fit in there.

Went in at lunchtime to try their much advertised 'paint matching' service- no luck. The saleswoman repeatedly shrugged and said there was nothing she could do to help, as I'd brought in the wrong type of picture! Very poor customer service and dismissive attitude - apparently the paint matching service only works if you bring in a sample of a wall you're trying to copy, so a brick rather than a photo. Not very practical.
Well stocked shop at reasonable prices otherwise, but indifferent attitude of staff really puts off members of the public.
