They could improve the service by employing a new gas man. Don't have anything to do with him, he's a cowboy.I had work done and had to repeatedly chase him up and 6 months
on he still hasn't sent documents or receipts.

They should improve on their customer service it is very bad. Booked an engineer to look at my washing that was not working. They confirm on 2 occasion to come never showed up, not a phone call to cancel. The final straw was them calling that he is on his way,after not showing up i called again only to give an excused that they could not find my address in this day an age of sat nav.

This shop sells fridges, fridge freezers and cookers etc which were first used under a rental contract and are then refurbished by the manufacturer. Comes with guarantee and potentially reasonable value if you pay a bit extra for the 12 month guarantee. People who run the shop are usually friendly and helpful. Downside is beware if you need to return goods which don't suit - they will try to charge you for taking them back.
