i'm totally crazy about mama vic's OXTAIL STEW...
together with Jollof Rice, Plantain and Mama's Sauce... absolutely loving it!
by the way: everything else is very tasty too!
always freshly cooked with a lot of love!

I love this place, and I love Mama vic her jollof rice with special sauce is divine, plaintain fish dumplings love it all. Cooked to perfection. She's a really sweet and friendly lady. A small place but populated by diverse members of the community always looking very excited to be there!

I'm a great fan of plantain so decided to check this place out. Once I tasted the Plantain with Mama's "secret" sauce, I was blown away! It was incredible and I absolutely reccommnd it.

As I walked past here today, the smell of the food was so inviting that I just had to come in. I tried some plantain porridge and fish which was outstanding. I absolutely reccommend this place. Arguably the best food in Dalston and such a reasonablepric. Great value for money!

I went there today for the first time and had "Designer Rice and Jerk Chicken." It was so nice that I had to come back to try the jellof rice and curry goat. I wish I had known about this place earlier - absolutely amazing!

This in my opinion is one of hidden gems in Dalston. The food is absolutely outstanding and this is equally matched by it's service. It really makes me feel at home and I absolutely reccommend it. 5 stars
