Not sure about the wines, but the customer service is terrible. As a customer, I am not a complainer and I don't tend to give a negative feedback about the services (this is my first one), especially because I work in this sector and I know how hard it can be sometimes. But I haven't had such a horrible experience ever in my life, while trying to collect my delivery. The shop assistant was so aggressive and rude, he showed me the doors instead of trying to help me out. How can they improve? Firstly, this Indian/ Bangladeshi looking assistant could change his attitude, his stress and anger management techniques (no need to raise your voice if you don't understand something, ask questions) and obviously, there is a whole list of customer service skills that need to be revised... Disappointed.
