I have taken my 15years old daughter for her birthday to color her hair and I never felt so sad as it was a bad experience for my daughter. We arrived at the salon and were given someone who doesn't what she was doing and I was terrified by what I have seen. She slaps the color all over my daughter's forehead, floor, and ears. When I ask. Can she apply aluminum foil and a vaseline having salon hair experience before her reaction was to get very annoyed and ignorant? Then she washes my daughter's hair and left my daughter on the side and told her to set the next customer will be soon and she will not do blow-dry. I ask her if she could trim her hair then take a strip of hair and cut it to call it trimming. At this point, I went to the manager to help when we open my daughter's hair full visual color lumps were found at the base of the hair/ skin that wasn't washed. The Manager allocate a hairdresser and rescue my daughter's hair. I was shocked that my daughter's hair and skin were in a bad condition and have a bad experience on her birthday but not received a call from the management team apology for the list. I felt I should contact local authorities and the consumer act as this should not happen to anyone in the UK.

bsolutely disgusted with his behaviour and the overall experience. I still cannot believe I was charged for the blow dry and the lies he told. Overall I spent £47 on the worse service ever. I will be reporting this salon and will ensure every networking site is aware of the dishonest, aggressive, disgusting service received.

Save yourself, your hair and your money.

Poor, it's like a conveyor belt, they sit you down, generic cut then you're booted out.

I guess you can't expect much considering the price but really I would't take the risk even if you're a bloke.

Some of the staff would do well to listen to what a customer wants when cutting their hair. I asked for one thing, but the hairdresser had obviously decided what she wanted to do and just did that anyway. Technically there was nothing wrong with what ws done, it just wasn't at all what I wanted and now I have the irritation of having to wait for it to grow back before I can get a hair cut I actually want. It won't be there that I have it done.
