I have been a client of this practise for over 40 years and have never had anything but excellent,courteous,and professional service.


John de Carle himself fitted my original lenses in their small practise at the top of the building in Bond Street. Mrs de Carle taught me how to place the lenses in my eyes and to take them out. Over the years, the practise expanded and spread downstairs and finally moved to the present premises. I have had checks done every year since in the clinic - first in Bond Street and then in Brook St Mews


They first diognosed my cataracts which were dealt with on the NHS and now, thanks to further testing by John de Carle's practise, I was advised to have laser surgery -which now means I no longer need lenses or glasses! Despite my delight at having wonderful vision, I shall miss my visits to John de Carle's and want to give them a BIG THANK YOU!!
