Horrible. Just had a facial or that's what they called it. Was told it would be 45 min.... Therapist done after 30. Filthy and loud... Blazing lights and not relaxing and room not even darkened.. Will never never recommend this place. Waste of money and time..

This place is awful. It is the most unprofessional organisation I have ever been to. The offers are very tempting and they often try and push for bulk buys by giving the impression that they are doing a good deal for you. However from experience I can assure you that they are fake and frauds. I overheard the staff having conversations about overselling patients with treatments that they do not require. Also they do not carry out treatments on the correct settings therefore patients are forced into buying more treatments than they would need. I am dissapointed with the treatments and hope that they clean up thier act. Would not recommend it at all.

The building is very run down and tatty, when i attended for my consultation the Girls on reception were talking loudly about what had happened at the weekend and they were playing loud music! When i attend a clinic to have a consultation with the Dr over a medical treatment i dont expect this unprofessional behaviour, being from America we would never put up with this!
