I been using M N M for around 18 mths and hav find their service very caring, workers professional and work to perfection. When asking questions regarding products and different services that is provided they were very proud, patience and willing to assist. The beauty assistants where good listeners when i expressed what i wanted i.e shaping of my eye brows, amount of eye lashes and also gave opinions and advice of what is suited to my facial appearance.

In the past i have regretted going elsewhere and wasted my money.

They do test for if you are allergic to products and felt in the customer(me) to be patience because it is beneficial in the long term. which prove that they are not money grabbing like some other beauticians.

I Travel extensively across the uk and have had many botched up, un-professional treatments over the years! I have now found my oaisis!! Mariam can do no wrong her eyebrow waxing and shaping has given me so many good comments! her lashes last for the longest time and look completely natural which is important too me as I cannot look too over done in my profession. I get all of my treatments here. Ive seen the comments on the page and all i can say is don't be put off by this! I know people who travel miles to come to this shop! I have started getting spray tans on my face and neck the make-up used is amazing it leaves your skin glowing leaving an even sun tan!
You have to try this place...then tell me if im wrong!

I visited the shop with my mum a week ago to try out some false lashes before my wedding day. The staff were very pleasent and welcoming. They made both myself and my mum feel comfortable. My mum commented on how lovely one of the staff members' eye brows looked. The lady said that she tinted them & offered this service to my mum in which my mum accepted.

Upon preparing her equipment my mum asked the lady how tinting works and she explained that they use a dye, she mentioned peroxide. I then asked whether or not they do a skin test first and she said no. We explained that mum once reacted to hair dye quite badly but that we were unsure of which chemical it was. The staffs' approach towards this was very nonchalant and she said "its fine, as peroxide on the hair is different, what we use wont give you a reacton on your face, its different".

Trusting that this was a professional business and considering how sure the staff member seemed my mum continued as the woman began to prepare her brows. After 20 minutes the product was removed. My mums eyebrows appeared a little darker but there was not much difference at all. The woman then said she would have to leave it on for another 30 minutes to get the desired affect. Having this being the first time my mum has ever done this she trusted this member of staff and did what she suggested. We were told to go home and that it should be wiped off within half an hour. My mum wiped it off within 25 minutes, once again it was a little darker but not professional looking like the staff members ones appeared.

The next morning my mums eyes were swollen, she had to be taken to A & E because her eyes could hardly open. her eye brows were itching and full of a rash.

Cut a long story short, service like that should come with testing as a standard procedure, especially if customers are unsure of previous reactions. Other customers should take note of this as we wouldn't want this to happen to anybody else.
