Rubbish tailors! DO NOT USE!

I took my wedding dress in on 20th August 2016. I expalined that I would like some beads and crystals to match what was already on the dress. I returned two weeks after the collection date (10/09/16) but absolutely nothing had been done!

I returned on 12th November and found that only a few beads had been scattered around the waist of the dress. It was shoddy work. I explained exactly what I had originally requested and said I would come and collect on the 19th. When I got home I was upset and so called them to not do anything else.

When I went to collect it today, Saturday the 19th , they had gone ahead and added more beads , no crystals and a crooked comb on the veil. The work was shoddy, patchy and amateur. The lady in charge talked over us and refused to refund any money or give me back the gown which I had brought in.

She had asked for a 100% deposit at the time but I paid 50%, which now I realise was far too much. Appalling

I was horrified to learn that Bonita is selling items made from real fur and it made me realise how callous and uncaring some companies are. You seem totally unaware of the abominable cruelty involve in the procurement of this vile product. Shame on you. I cannot wait to join the protesters outside your shop.

How unfortunate that not only do the staff in this store condone the unnecessary murder of animals, but they seem to be able to lie quite blatently. Now denying any fur on sale in this store, when it clearly was. A definite store to avoid at all costs.

Fur is grotesque murder! Animals are skinned alive for no other purpose than profit for sellers. But of course Bonita, as all other fur selling stores, is aware of this. Bonita, STOP SELLING FUR! We will NOT stop raising awareness of the grotesque fur-producing process and the means they use to make the products YOU are selling!

I went into the shop as it looked interesting. But........to my horror found fur accessories and on checking I realised they were using real fur. This had been imported from China and I have seen horrific pictures of what they do to the animals. They strip the fur whilst they are still alive, see The Sun and The Mail recently. The woman tried to tell me they were fake but I could tell by the back it was skin....ugh How could they!!! Fake fur is cheaper and is so good these days there is no need for the torturing of animals. I hope with enough people complaining they never sell real fur products again............

This shop is selling coats containing animal fur. Totally abhorrent in this day and age! Although, when challenged, they denied it.

If, as the woman claimed, the coats contain imitation fur .. why weren't they clearly labelled? No reply!

If they really are imitation fur, you would think that the shop would be proud to proclaim it - a good ethical selling point!

Unless, of course, they are passing off imitation fur as the real thing? Surely not!

Avoid at all costs would be my advice!
