Bond street does not offer refunds only exchanges. Like to see how long Gucci New York would remain in business. Be very careful about shopping at this store, prices are also higher than internet prices from their own site. After care service is also shocking

Wellington boots fault - clear manufacturer's fault - took to Gucci and was told it's wear and tear. Sent them to Gucci as suggested by someone and since then two weeks and no one ever picks up the phone, no answer from them, no boots or no money. Wait Gucci, let's publish your reputation all around Internet, we'll see then how you will behave?! Gave 1 star as could not choose 0!

ordered Wallet, delivered from Italy, damaged, then the fun began... no contact details on website, advised to telephone shop, no answer.. Gucci after service is very poor, especially for the quality and cost of the product.
