I highly recommend The Bridal Room! I was a very nervous first time wedding dress shopper the first time I went in and was assisted by the very kind, understanding, and patient Daisy, who attended to me for an hour and a half and was happy to recommend other dresses I might like based on what I did and did not like as I went along. I never felt pressured and her attention was entirely mine. She was happy to answer any questions I had and made me feel very at ease.
The second time I went I went to try on the dress I liked best the previous time and was attended by a lovely lady named Ley(?) who was very friendly and helpful, chatting to me and again making me feel very comfortable.
When I went to buy this same dress Maria invited me to try it on again and have my friends take pictures. She made me feel amazing, gushing about how nice I looked and seemed genuinely pleased for me as well as the store that I had chosen to buy it. All the staff here were exceptionally courteous, welcoming, and friendly every time I visited, and I can't praise them highly enough.
The store itself is also clean with good lighting, and the mirrors are huge. The staff are happy to show you how your dress can be tucked/hoisted etc at the back and offer you veils. Very happy with the customer service here, and indeed my bridesmaids all said they would head here first when they get married having seen how pleasant the service is, not just to me, but to them.
