Nowhere better to buy a Patek Philippe. Staff were knowledgeable as one would expect, and friendly without any pretentiousness. I knew quite a bit in advance about the watch I ultimately purchased (though obviously far less than their team); the staff didn't know that but all the info they provided was absolutely reasonable, balanced and fair. If making the serious investment a Patek requires, these are the serious people with whom one can confidently engage.

I recently retired from the police service and treated myself to a Rolex Sea Dweller Deep Sea. I was welcomed like an old friend, coffee was offered for myself and my darling wife and we were made to feel completely at ease. I was given advice regarding several watches before making my final choice. The watch was fitted to my wrist and array of Rolex literature produced.
