Having been a regular customer at Staples Old Kent Road for two years now, i have to say without a doubt that they offer the customer service unlike no where else. They way in which i was approached in the store by one of their staff, made me feel that i was not a bother to them at all. In fact a i asked numerous question, on a whole range of topic and was able to receive a well detailed answer for all.
A must for all those who want all thing "office" under one roof!

I tried phoning a few times to ask if an item was in stock on a 0870 number, so I have to pay to ask them something. No answer! Then I go in and the item isn't in stock, but what surprised me was that the staff seemed totally uninterested in my custom. They made me feel that I was bothering them. I doubt I'll shop there again.

Try checking out your purchases in a reasonable time, it's impossible! Numerous times I have tried to actually pay for goods but there are never enough checkout staff available, they are either photocopying or sending DHL parcels or chatting to each other!!
