FARA Balham opened in December 2005 and since then has grown into an eclectic shop selling everything from records to food mixers. Upstairs you will find quality clothing for men and women including many designer names, pictures and a bric-a-brac area. Downstairs, there is an extensive record section and even a set of decks so you can try out your favorites 12”! This dedicated area also displays a selection of books and is perfect for perusing and finding those favorites and rarities - all in your own time. The shop also sells electrical goods which are all in working order and PAT tested on site.

Cute stuff, great prices and lovely staff- and it all goes to such a wonderful cause too. I buy there loads and I make sure I give them my unwanted goodies too. You can gift-aid so they get money back from the IR. Fara kids over the road is brilliant too.

Best charity shop in London. It takes me about an hour to get there but it is definately worth it. Top quality clothes at great prices. Why spend a fortunr in Oxford Street??
