Nicoles

Has lots of lovely handmade cards and beautiful gifts,staff friendly and helpfull been a customer of this shop for many years.

I love all the products Nicoles have to offer, however some staff at this branch ruin it completely. Very rude, will only help begrudgingly and will literally glare at you if you wish to pay by card. My recommendation = give this store a wide berth and visit their other branch in Woodford Green.

I like to support local shops and I wanted a 60th Birthday card which I was able to buy so I awarded 2 out of 10 for that. However on Friday morning, 11th March 2011, the two members of staff had to pause in their conversation to serve me and were unable to bring themselves to say 'please' or 'thank you' to me. The only thing they said was '£2.99' ! There are plenty of other cards shops in Wanstead, so Nicole's can no longer count me as a customer. Please could the owner train the staff in customer care?? When I go into a shop to spend money I want to be acknowledged and spoken to like a human being!
