Recently took my first contract smartphone from a consultant named Timi, he asked me questions about myself which at first i thought was unneccesary but later related what he found out to the handset and network deal he offered me,which was very impressive.The store staff were all friendly and I recieved a phone call asking how i'm getting along with the phone excellent service.

I had a upgrade with Phones 4 U and they got it completly wrong. They have made me in debt and they seem like they dont care. i have been ringing them for 27 minutes and no answer on the phone. This is dispicable! they said it was sorted last month... ITS NOT! ANSWER YOUR PHONE! they obviously have my number down as "not to answer" cause they know how bad they have been. Never get a phone from this phones 4 u
