Fail to cut kea accurately wnt back and did not get an apology or a refund . Poor service

I've had an awful experience with them , terrible service ,no apologies for ruining a pair of my shoes , they where rude and told me in know uncertain terms that I was a liar
Very very disappointed with how I was treated .
I would certainly NOT recommend them in any way or form

I am so pleased to have my favourite shoes back. I thought they were for the bin !! They have a new sole and new heel in look and feel just as good as before.
