From the lengthy queues to the miserable staff, the Broadgate Circle Post Office is a joy. Watching unbelievably as a snake-like line of baffled customers wait for up to 30 minutes to be served by staff who all insist on typing using one finger, try and trick you into posting stuff at premium rate and (after insisting you'd simply like to send something) try to sell you insurance whilst the line increases in size. Three words spring to mind; 'Computer Says No'.
