I only have good things to say about Premier Dry Cleaning. I'm not sure his name, but the gentlemen who works 7am till 7pm 7 days a week delivers exceptional customer service. I am impressed that he is always offering to turn the shirts around same day even if I have dropped off 25 shirts and have not mentioned that I'd like them back quickly. The results are immaculate - I have never had any issue. Also worth mentioning that £7.50 for 5 shirts is a great price!

I really don't know who could possibly write a bad review on these guys.

I'm not sure if Premier Dry Cleaners in Clapham Common paid the person below because unfortunately I have to add myself to the list of unhappy customers. In all fairness I started to use Premier Dry Cleaners on Clapham Park Road at the start of this year and although the pricing seems to be "creative" on the most part the service has been fine. When I took a silk shirt in to Premier Dry Cleaners on Saturday morning they assured me that removing the pen mark would be fine although when I attempted to collect it on Monday the pen mark remained and they had created a hole. I was asked to come back again the next day as they were keen to speak to the person who had taken the order. When I arrived back the next day it took some persuasion with Clapham Common Premier Dry Cleaners that the fairest thing to do was to give me the money to replace the shirt, but they remained absolutely adament I should pay for the 2nd item I had asked to be dry cleaned. When I explained that even with the money to replace the shirt, I had still be inconvinienced and as a gesture of good will I would never expect them to ask to pay for the 2nd item a huge 20 minute debate happened where I was told that they could have exercised the "dry cleaner policy" and not given me any money back at all. We agreed in the end that I would pay 50% for the 2nd item and I came away pretty confident I wouldn't go back in again. I was disappointed that as someone who had been using the 'local business' on a weekly basis my custom didn't matter at all to them. They were 100% focused on keeping as much money as possible and clearly don't care if I ever use Premier Dry Cleaners again - which I won't be. It's difficult to support local businesses when they have absolutely no interest in customer service. Use at your own risk.

I have lived in Clapham for around 15 years and have always used the same cleaners on Clapham Park Road. The service from all the staff has always been exemplary, and Jeff is just the most helpful and informative dry cleaner I have ever used. I have silk curtains which they come and take down for me every 3 months and then take them away and clean, then put back up for me. Outstanding.
I am not entirely sure if the other previous reviewers are going to the same place - but I wholeheartedly recommend Premier Cleaners for the standard of service and quality.
Keep supporting our local businesses!

I brought 2 dress suits to be dry cleaned - I took them out of the bag and left them on the counter. The man checked them and told me it would cost £21.80, which is more than my usual dry cleaner but I wouldn't be going to that area before needing to wear the suits. I left my name and phone number. When I came to collect the suits I was told there had been a mistake, and actually I had to pay £40. I objected to this as the price agreed was £21.80. The man blatantly lied - he said he hadn't had a chance to see the suits beforehand. I said he could have called me if he really hadn't appreciated they were dresses. He then tried to tell me that he had, which obviously he hadn't. I gave him the £21.80 and attempted to take my suit, at which point he wrestled them from me and took them to the back of the shop where there was no chance of me reaching them. As I need the suits for work tomorrow I was forced to pay. In my mind this is theft. I was quite horrified at the treatment I received. I would advise you never go there.

I took in a top and trousers to here, and asked for them to be done for four days later in the afternoon. Four days later in the afternoon I went to collect, they said they were not ready. I was okay with that so I went to collect them the following morning. When I got home, I realised they had not actually cleaned them, as they still smelt and were dirty as they were before, but had just iron steamed the straight. I was ripped off and angry. Horrible laziness.
