Excellent friendly service from Steve at Swan Dry Cleaners this week. He came to our house to collect several curtains last week and delivered them back this week. Very pleased with the service.

Hi took my jeans and jacket inn jacket was cleaned fine,but I got my jeans taken in on the leg when I collected they had taken my waist in this was wrong that's not the problem it's the way I was treated after mistakes happen but to be spoken to like I did and to blame myself avoiding any liability is shameful on swans behalf shame on you!!
