Always a cheerful welcome from the multilingual Mr Rizwi at Regent Praed Street. Excellent fast and quality service, shirts and drycleaning. And economical too.

I take my shirts there regularly and they are superclean, smell fresh, much better than at any other dry cleaner's I've been to before and they're economical too!

I used this drycleaners and they shrunk my clothing and then refused to admit they had done it. When I asked to speak to the manager I was given the phone nunber above which no-one ever answers; I tried from 5am (which is when I was told to try as the factory opened at that time) to 9pm! and no answer and no-one called me either. My garment was a spealist item which cost over £200 for the whole 3-piece outfit and I am now unable to wear at all. I WILL NEVER USE THIS PLACE AGAIN OR RECOMMEND TO ANYONE. BEWARE IF YOU USE THEM.
