Amazing service here in Deptford. I’ve been going here for about 4 years now and I am never disappointed. They dry clean my daughters jackets nicely and also adjust the waist of any of her trousers I bring in and it’s at such affordable prices. They also cater to your urgent requests. I have recently moved to the area and was told that this dry cleaner is the best in the area so it was my obvious choice. First impressions,the lady behind the counter is very lovely and has great customer service. I had a very bad rip in my favourite dress and wanted it sewn by this week as I had to wear it soon for a public speaking event. The man told me he could do it for me on the spot! I was more than impressed by this as he could see how distressed I had got over the rip! He did it very fast and it looked immaculate! as good as new!!
I am very impressed and recommended them to my cohabitant and my colleagues who live near by. Fantastic job! thank you very much I cannot fault your impeccable service at all.

This is the best dry cleaner i have ever used and i have sticked to them for over 8 years now. M&S Dry Cleaners charges are reasonable and they listen to you as a customer when you are explaining to them of repairs and alteration on your clothes. This a gem of a dry cleaners regarding customer service (which includes good banter), price, quality of dry cleaning and repairs. I was a regular of M & S for over 20 years ago. I have recently been reunited as a customer again. Its such a relief to do business with genuine people. They even stayed open after hours when I could not collect my trousers on time. When they are open they are very good, however this is the second time I have arranged to go into work late and they for some reason have not bothered opening on time. It states on their door and website that they open at 8:30, I turn up at 9:05 to find the door shut and the shutters down. Very very very annoying DO NOT TRUST THEY WILL OPEN ON TIME, RING FIRST.

Had a rip in my trousers which I had given to another dry cleaners which I would used to bring my clothing too, to sew it up, however they had not done a good job and hadn't properly sewed it shut. I was recommended to come here as I had a friend who was a regular customer and told me they were good. I brought my trousers here and was greeted with lovely service. Just got my trousers back today and am very pleased with the quality finish! Will come here from now on! Thank you very much M.S Dry Cleaners!
