I travel many times a year and have never met such egregious extortion from any of the other travel agents.
I found their selling methods aggressive, their spoken English inadequate and their pricing dishonest.
Because of their bad English in their invoice, I thought my card payment would be taken again, they wanted a bank transfer for the remainder. Price allegedly expired and new cost was greater. Cancellation fee was supposed to be £220.
Price on Expedia was cheaper, even losing the deposit, and no credit card charge, and no constant phone calls. They could try a spell check on email

Well done guys. Had to travel to Ghana for my mums funeral so was very stressed. Mr first Travel Agent left me stranded at the Airport. Frontline sorted me out straight away. God bless you.

Have been using Frontline every year since 2005 to travel to Ghana. No problems whatsoever. Even when Ghana Internationl went bankrupt in 2010, I received a full refund for my ticket.
Nice Family run business.
Keep it up.

It is very difficult to be constructive about this company. I just want to warn other people that they are a very difficult company to deal with. They are not always honest. I had fraud on my debit card after I gave them the details - I hardly use my debit card. They were happy to take my booking but when flights were cancelled - admittedly not their fault - the trouble began. As it was the airline who changed the flights the airline told me I could cancel with a full refund. I asked frontline to find me alternative flights - none were forthcoming. My calls & emails were not answered. Eventually I booked alternative flights and asked for a refund. That was 2 weeks ago I still have no refund..... I have been told many different things including that I would receive the refund the same day. I'm gewtting nowhere BEWARE!! I'm £3000 oput of pocket. I will update if things change.

Hello
If you admit that it was the Airline who cancelled the booking, then why must to slander us? More importantly, please confirm if you have received your refund.
If not contact me on 0207 388 8299 or [email protected]
Thanks

One's never to big to apologise. I would use again.

DO NOT USE, I REPEAT DO NOT USE. Happy to take and bank your money but do not deliver what they promised. GO direct to the airlines - my first and last use of any 'travel agency'.

No one answers the phone anymore...

This company is based on deceit and greed. The customer service is notting to write home about. Its virtually non existent.

I was asked to pay deposit over the phone. I specifically asked if this money was refundadble and was told that it is. I was also told that the only time i would get a part refund is once a booking has been sent to me.

I was also assured over the phone after i made the payment that i would get confirmation electronically in 20mins which never happened. I constantly chased them up only to be told one story or the other.

Finally i called to cancel as i have not yet recieved any confirmation as originally advised only for the consultant to get upset and have refused to refund my deposit.

The consultant have also denied we ever had any such conversation. They accused me of not having any money hence i wanted to cancel.

MY ADVISE TO ANYBODY IS TO AVOID THIS COMPANY. THEY ARE A FRAUD.

Now a days, All the Airlines doing trillion thousands of dollars daily business virtually. You will be astonish to heard that Frontline Travel is the key partner of major Airlines in UK. The core responsibility of the sales Team is to provide accurate information which they have. They are serving you for the sake of services. If you will book, cancel and refund story then no agent will be ready to serve you. You have to pay cancellation charges if you cancelled your flight yourself. This cancellation goes directly in the pocket of Airlines and honestly according to the rules framed by the Airlines. If you calculate the Airlines losses due to cancellation, The amount earned against cancellation is in fractions against airline losses. The sales Personnels are not happy and go sad when the booking is cancelled. I agree that the passanger has to sustain the ultimate burden but the sales personnels and Airlines suffered more as compared to passanger. Sales Personnel looses customer and his profit and the Airline looses its revenue at the eleventh hour. So please think positively, You can see Frontline Travel in 22 Chalton Street. You are welcomed overthere, just to see either is it fraud or a fact. The decision will be yours.

The customer service is shameful to say the least, all this company care about is taking your money, and not in providing quality services. I was persuaded to part with my credit card detail on the provision that I could change the date of my booking without penality when ready to make my booking, only to be told at the point of booking to cough up another £100. My adivce to anyone thinking of using this company is; AVOID THIS COMPANY.
Response from Alex Manager
Hi
No Airline offers date change for penalty. This is common knowledge, and even so is always communicated to all customers.
It is the Airlines who set the fees, not the Travel Agents.
