I have used this tanning salon on and off over the past 4 years, usually to get a tan for a special occassion or pre-holiday, never had any problems with staff, they are always friendly, always greet me with a smile. There was a problem with the sunbed last time I went, the staff reacted quickly, were very apologetic and got it working within 1 minute, and I was given an extra minute free for my trouble, cant say fairer than that. Would highly recommend

I have always found the staff to be super friendly and efficient. Whilst the number of beds is limited and there can be queues at busy times, I have never waited more than 15 minutes.

Yes you have to clean the beds before and after use- but for christ sake the beds don't do it themselves and getting the staff to do it would only increase waiting times!

I think the clean as you go policy works fine- of course there are some dirty b****s that don't clean the beds after use but hey ho. They provide cleaning spray, paper towel and tissues to clean. They also provide deodorant should you n

Rude staff, more interesting in chatting to their friends or each other. Not all the sunbeds working properly, every time there is some small issues. I'd rather avoid going there.

I used this sunbed and had bad experiences.
Sanitation is very BAD. You have to clean before and after you use sunbed.
They are not CHILDREN friendly. I Was told off because my friends son was just walking, they wanted a 2 years old boy sit still.
The staff is very rude and very unprofessional. If they not agree with you they can easily scream in your face and gesticulating close to you face.
PLEOPLE PLEASE BE AWARE OF THIS.

One of the cleanest & most friendly experiences of my life as a sun bed user. The beds are really powerful and so cheap! No wonder its called Tantastic!!
