We had a cleaner sent to us the first week who was great but by the second week she had left the company. The second cleaner we had used a scourer on our brand new stainless steel hob which left the hob covered in scratches. When we asked the owner/manager what he was prepared to do he said nothing - he would not claim on his insurance as it was the cleaners fault. When we tried to to go through the small claims court he wrote to say that the cleaner is self employed and not part of Magic Maids - which left us with no recourse from Magic Maides themselves.
I would not recommend using Magic Maids whatsoever.
