So Me

Had a pedicure here, within less than 2 minutes of leaving the salon the nails were smudged completely. Called to complain only had 5 repainted and again the same thing happened despite wearing flip flops. Had to be moved to the reception area to let them supposedly dry.If i paid for a treatment and it was not done properly i would expect it all to be done right the first time or repeated in full again. Would not recommend forking out for a pedi here.

I had a wax with you and it was one of the worst experiences in my life.

First please do not use oil before the wax, the wax did not stick properly and the beautician had to keep tugging at it and it came off in bits.

Use talc powder!!

I think you need to also up the higene in your salon! I went into the same room you do spray tan, there was fake tan everywhere, on the floor on the towel i was given an the paper i was made to lie on, disgusting!

One thing i have to say is that the beautician was nice. She was a terrible waxing professional and put me through more pain that i need
