I have tried this salon over three years for cuts, colour and highlights. The only reason I used them is because they are conveniently situated.
Every single time I've used them I've been disapointed with the outcome and I certainly will not go back.
The website is not an accurate reflection of the salon with some very grungy staff eating smelly food at the reception and always looking scruffy and dirty.

Used GROUPON voucher for Brazilian Blow dry and would not go here again. First appointment was cancelled by Snipperz 30 mins before I arrived. The day I went in the salon smelled very strongly of nappies. And finally the treatment did not work. I followed the instructions of the stylist and did not wash my hair for 72 hours, and have used the correct shampoo etc, but my wavy hair is still wavy and now dry and damaged from the 'treatment' VERY VERY disappointing.

My experience at this salon was Horrible, I lost 3/4 of my hair which has been estimated to take at least 4 years to grow back! They where unprofessional and very unhelpful. I would not recommend this salon!!!!
