Kelly's Nails

For some unknown reason this nail salon refuses to carry out any service I request with no explanation. They always tell me they are booked for the whole day. However, i have found that if anyone else is to call they are given appointments to be seen straight away. If I was told why they refuse to serve me that would be more helpful however, I think they way I have been treated by Kelly’s is absolutely disgusting and disgraceful. This is not good customer service as far as I’m concerned, and wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone as they clearly turn away customers for no good reason.
They need to improve their customer service substantially as saying “you just can’t” provide a service is unacceptable.

I go to Kelly's nails all the time for gel manicures and pedicures. The girls there are lovely - so friendly and very professional. They remember you when you walk in, they chat and offer tea and coffee. Good range of colours and most importantly I leave there with beautiful nails and feet!

I went to have a French manicure shellac put on my nails. The man wasn't skilled enough to do this as my nails were short (having had short nails for work I have discovered plenty of places can) so instead I had two coats of pink tinted shellac for as natural a look as possible the Friday before my sisters wedding - couldn't have been a more simple job. By the Saturday the nails were cracked and on her Sunday wedding day the polish was flaking off.
