Javi Nails

I normally go to them for my service, they are always so busy that you would never get one person doing your full service. Last time when I went they were busy as usual and the lady there didn't even concentrate when she was doing my nails, she did a mess job. Still then I did stay calm. As I just posted a review about the service and I had an appointment booked for a friend of mine as a gift for her after seeing my review they within one minute cancelled my appointment and have now even blocked me sending mails. This is very rude, we all have the speech of freedom and I did not say anything bad, just posted want I felt about the service. But never thought the outcome to be so drastic.

I've been going to Javi Nails for over 10 years since June 2010, they are fabulous. I originally went with my friend whose been going for much longer. The staff are great, always interested in your requirements, they genuinely want you to be satisfied with the results & enjoy the experience.

I highly recommend them to everyone, I certainly wouldn't go elsewhere. BTW I recommended them to people from South London, they also love Javi Nails.
I hope they continue for years to come.

The staff is very rude . Never going back . The staff just left my nails in the middle because I said I want long nails and he got upset over the fact the I’m having my own say and I should let him do what he is doing , do he got annoyed and said I don't want to go your nails . London is not china ok. Please worst service ever.

Terrible service.
Had to wait 30 mins just to get served and when I went to pay they told me it was £20 instead of the £15. My friend was with me at the same time, had the sake size nails as me except hers were square and mine were pointed. I said this to the lady and she said "that's not how we do it you pay £20"
My nails are all uneven shapes and have bubbles in them. Will never be returning.

After questioning why I was charged £15 for what should have been £12 ( Acrylic refill not gel), I was told to just pay £12 and not come back, I'm sure this is not how you talk to your customers. To top everything, my nails were rushed because they were busy, they were uneven and had bubbles in them.This is not the first time this has happened and will defiantly not be going be going there again. They should really speak english and not their own language, this is very unprofessional and makes everyone feel uncomfortable.
