They cannot wait 5 minutes late, but we need wait to see the doctor, when ever call, staff very rude. But staff threatening if not coming on time, I will record failed appointment. Worst service

You book for something and instead they give you a general checkup and then make u pay for it. Then they tell you to rebook and charge you for an extra appointment and waste your time as well. Would not recommend - have complained.

I have been with the practice for many years and I have been very impressed with the service and treatments I have received from them.

They need to have more appointment available and receptionist should deal with matters.

The receptionists never answer the phone in a timely manner and they make excuses that they’re busy everytime- yet when I go for an appointment I see how they leave callers waiting whilst they’re “busy” with other things. If they cannot answer the phone then they need to employ more staff to increase efficiency. All I wanted to do was cancel an appointment but had to wait 10 minutes! They moan that we don’t inform them when we have to cancel an appointment- I would inform you if you answered the phone!!! They should at the very least have an answer machine or email option for patients to cancel an appointment if need be without wasting 10 minutes of our lives on the phone waiting so that we may do them a favour and free up an appointment that someone else can take! Very disappointing. I’ve been with Mr Vara most of my life and can’t fault him but his staff seriously need to get more efficient!
