A new and laid-back no reservations sherry and tapas bar close to London Bridge station is one of Jose Pizarro's latest ventures. José on Bermondsey Street is just a short stroll down the street from his full-size restaurant called Pizarro. Jose says:
"I’m inspired by local ingredients that I find in the food markets every day, the incredible quality of Spanish food stuffs that I have access to and, of course, my roots in rural Spain."
Jose Pizarro was the Head Chef and co-owner of Brindisa restaurants for 8 years and prior to this he worked at some of London’s most prestigious Spanish restaurants including Eyre Brothers and Gaudi.
