I have dined at ECapital on many occasions with both business and personal friends. I can definitely recommend it as the food is always very good. It is not the classiest of venues but the price is reflective of that. It should also be noted that a large number of ECapital's customers are Chinese which is generally a recommendation in its self.

We went to this restuarant after we had read some good reviews and it apparently had a non smoking section. Unfortunately we had to leave after eating our starters (which were lovely by the way) as people on two different tables decided to start smoking! We were unaware that we were sat in the smoking section and when we asked a waiter if we could move to the non smoking section he said that they didn't have one and seemed shocked that we didn't smoke! We felt like we couldn't breathe and my chest had tightened up. I was so suprised in this day and age that there wasn't a non smoking section. Roll on the smoking ban!
