My daughter and I were going to a play at the nearby Hampstead Theatre, and we were looking for a place to eat supper. There were several options around, but El Bello caught our eyes - it looked especially upscale and warm. The waitress was an angel, and the meal we had there was probably the best in our week plus of dining in London. In fact, it was one of the best meals I've ever had in a restaurant anywhere! I had the chef's special chicken, on the waitresses recommendation, and it was delicious. My daughter loved her pizza. My daughter is allergic to peanuts, and the waitress and chef were most careful in handling our order. This is a perfect little restaurant!
